Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the jllpub platform (the "Platform"), you ("User," "you," or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the jllpub Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following any modification to these Terms constitutes your binding acceptance of the updated Terms.

jllpub reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, jllpub will provide reasonable notice to registered users via the email address associated with their account or through a prominent notice on the Platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Eligibility

Access to and use of the jllpub Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations as enforced by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or restricted by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of jllpub, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded from the Platform or from any other gaming platform operated by jllpub or its affiliates.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by PAGCOR or any other relevant regulatory authority.

jllpub reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by jllpub may result in account suspension or closure.

Account Registration

To access the full features of the jllpub Platform, you must create a registered account. The following conditions apply to account registration:

• Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) jllpub account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether using the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, and a valid Philippine mobile number or email address.
• You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must promptly update any details that change.
• jllpub reserves the right to refuse registration or close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects that the information provided is inaccurate, incomplete, or fraudulent.
• Account registration is free of charge. jllpub will never request payment in exchange for creating or maintaining a standard player account.

Upon successful registration, jllpub will send a verification communication to the email address or mobile number provided. You must complete the verification process before making deposits or withdrawals. Accounts that remain unverified for an extended period may be subject to closure.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jllpub account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords or authentication codes issued to your registered mobile number or email address.

• You must not share your login credentials with any third party, including family members, friends, or agents.
• You must not allow any other person to access or use your jllpub account on your behalf.
• You must notify jllpub immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization or that your credentials have been compromised.
• jllpub will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

jllpub employs industry-standard security measures, including SSL encryption and two-factor authentication options, to protect your account. However, no security system is entirely infallible, and you are encouraged to use a strong, unique password and to enable all available security features on your account.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the jllpub Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on the payment method selected and your account verification status.
• jllpub accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), and bank transfer through BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank, and debit card.
• Deposits are generally credited to your jllpub account balance immediately or within a short processing window, subject to the policies of your chosen payment provider.
• jllpub does not accept deposits via credit card for gambling purposes, in compliance with current Philippine payment regulations. Cryptocurrency deposits of any kind are strictly not accepted.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
• Before processing any withdrawal, jllpub may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) procedures, including submission of a valid government-issued ID and proof of address.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes specified in the Platform's payment information section, subject to verification requirements and the policies of the receiving financial institution.
• jllpub reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending investigation where fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms is suspected.
• Any applicable transaction fees charged by third-party payment providers are the responsibility of the User, unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.

jllpub does not charge platform-side fees on standard GCash or Maya transactions. Fee structures for bank transfers may vary and will be disclosed at the time of the transaction.

Bonuses & Promotions

jllpub offers various bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits to eligible registered users. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Bonuses are credited to your account as bonus balance and are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn as real money.
• Unless otherwise stated, the standard wagering requirement for deposit bonuses is the bonus amount multiplied by the applicable rollover factor, which will be specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses must be used within the validity period stated in the promotion. Expired bonuses will be automatically removed from your account without compensation.
• jllpub reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, with or without prior notice, where it determines that the promotion is being abused or where regulatory requirements necessitate a change.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.
• jllpub reserves the right to disqualify any user from a promotion where it determines that the user has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk bets to satisfy wagering requirements, or exploiting promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose.

Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the jllpub Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules in addition to these Terms.

• jllpub uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by trained professional dealers in real-time studio environments.
• In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your device and the result recorded on jllpub's servers, the server-side record shall be deemed authoritative.
• jllpub reserves the right to void any bet or game round where a technical malfunction, software error, or human error has materially affected the outcome. In such cases, the affected stake will be returned to the User's account balance.
• Bets placed after the official closing time for a game or event, whether due to a technical error or otherwise, may be voided at jllpub's discretion.
• jllpub does not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific game or game provider. Games may be removed, modified, or temporarily suspended without prior notice.

All game outcomes on the jllpub Platform are determined by chance. Past results do not influence future outcomes. jllpub does not endorse any betting system, strategy, or method that claims to guarantee winnings.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jllpub Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Registering or using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Creating or operating more than one account, whether in your own name or under a different identity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform or its games.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or unknown error are not valid and will be voided.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime through the Platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or security systems.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jllpub staff, support agents, or other users of the Platform.
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment gaming.

Intellectual Property

All content on the jllpub Platform, including but not limited to software, source code, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, trade names, text, audio, video, and the overall look and feel of the Platform, is the exclusive property of jllpub or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws in the Philippines and internationally.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of jllpub.
• The jllpub name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of jllpub. You may not use these marks in any manner without prior written authorization.

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit to jllpub regarding the Platform may be used by jllpub without restriction or compensation to you.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jllpub, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

• jllpub does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
• jllpub shall not be liable for any loss of funds resulting from unauthorized access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• jllpub shall not be liable for any interruption to the Platform caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, acts of God, or regulatory actions.
• In any event, jllpub's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jllpub account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude jllpub's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

Responsible Gaming

jllpub is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to minimizing the potential harms associated with problem gambling. We provide the following tools and resources to all registered users:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your account.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts to notify you when you have been playing for a specified period of time.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account and exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and are irreversible for the duration of the exclusion period.

Account Suspension & Closure

jllpub reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any other policy of jllpub.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a financial institution.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more.

Upon closure of your account, any real money balance remaining (after deduction of any applicable bonus balance and pending investigation of any suspected breach) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

You may also request voluntary closure of your account at any time by contacting jllpub support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, and any eligible real money balance will be returned to you.

Privacy & Data Protection

jllpub collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

jllpub complies with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines and its implementing rules and regulations. Your personal data will not be sold to third parties. It may be shared with regulatory authorities, payment processors, and identity verification providers as necessary to operate the Platform and comply with legal obligations.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the jllpub Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through direct negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days of written notice, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies in the Philippines.

For disputes relating to gaming outcomes or account decisions, jllpub's internal dispute resolution process must be exhausted before any external escalation. To initiate a dispute, contact jllpub support with full details of your complaint. jllpub will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 14 business days.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its rights.
